About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our tight-knit crew and contribute to the smooth operation of both Development and Production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Operating underground dump trucks with precision and skill
  • Providing support to Jumbo Operators with ground support tasks
  • Participating in general mine services and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards
About You

We seek candidates who possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety above all else. As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently located or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie, as this position is residential
  • Possess a valid manual Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of underground truck operations
  • Show a solid understanding of safe work procedures
  • Exhibit good communication and observation skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team
  • Show flexibility in working a 7:7 rotating roster with 12-hour shifts
