Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Underground Truck and Nipper Operator to join our team. Evolution Mining is a gold producer with operations in Australia and Canada, offering opportunities for growth and development.

The role involves operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment, supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation, general mine services, and housekeeping. The successful candidate will identify and manage safety hazards, working closely with stakeholders including Foremen, Superintendents, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of underground mining experience, a valid manual Driver's Licence, and strong knowledge of underground truck operations. They must be mechanically minded, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference underground.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment
  • Supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation
  • General mine services and housekeeping
  • Identifying and managing safety hazards

As an Experienced Underground Truck Operator/Nipper, you'll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work as part of our underground mining team. You'll contribute to both Development and Production cycles, taking on a range of tasks and challenges.
