Key Responsibilities

The role of a Jumbo Operator is pivotal in our underground operational team.

You will be working from Perth or Southern Cross on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance opportunity.

This position requires you to operate twin boom Sandvik jumbos safely and efficiently, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime.

A strong commitment to health and safety practices is essential, along with awareness of the Work Health and Safety Act.

Your duties will also involve working at heights and maintaining a high level of teamwork and communication among colleagues.

To thrive in this role, you must hold relevant certifications, including working at heights certification within 5 years, and have a valid drivers licence.

  • Twin Boom Sandvik Jumbo Operation: Safely and efficiently operate twin boom Sandvik jumbos to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety practices and adhere to the Work Health and Safety Act.
