Leadership Role in Strategic Partnerships
The Head of Development will spearhead the development of strategic partnerships and revenue streams to drive systemic change in the disability sector.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior investment professionals to design and deliver donor and partner strategies with a focus on major gifts and corporate philanthropy.
Promote engagement with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion to develop co-branded initiatives and employment programs for individuals with disabilities.
Conduct thorough prospect research, identifying corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic institutions that align with our mission.
Develop and implement comprehensive stewardship and retention plans for individual donors and corporate partners.
Create compelling proposals, partnership packages, and communication materials that articulate our mission and measurable impact.
Represent the organisation at industry forums, business events, and philanthropic networks.
Analyse giving trends, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and campaign refinement.
Requirements:
A strategic leader with a proven ability to build powerful partnerships and secure funding at scale.
Deep understanding of the corporate and philanthropic sectors, especially in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Combines commercial acumen with emotional intelligence and storytelling to drive systemic change.
