**About the role**:
The Helpdesk Analyst role is a full-time permanent position, based at our North Ryde Office.
Reporting to the IT Customer Support Manager this role is responsible for providing superior customer service & support to CSR's internal & external customer base.
The Helpdesk team operates on a rotating 8 1/2hr shift roster between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. After hours telephone support is provided by the team for high priority incidents on a rostered basis.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- First point of contact for IT enquiries providing first level technical support across core systems, hardware, and network infrastructure to staff and customers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Advanced understanding of Windows 10
- Advanced understanding of MS Office and Office 365
- Advanced understanding of MS Outlook
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies
- Sound knowledge of SOE Principals and Concepts
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory
- Exposure to Citrix
- Solid experience supporting Android and iOS.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or industry certifications in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working on an IT Helpdesk.
- A customer focused approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to explain complex technology terms in a way which suits the intended audience.
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment while adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Highly self-motivated learner with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on new tasks.
