Engineering Excellence
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll design systems that scale, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure performance, reliability, and clean abstraction across our platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive features that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop secure, scalable APIs in Node.js using TypeScript
Design and implement systems that scale from user onboarding to real-time analytics
Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers to drive technical growth
Requirements
5+ years in backend development, ideally in fast-paced product teams
Deep understanding of Node.js and async architecture
Familiarity with cloud environments like GCP
Strong system design, data modelling, and API security skills
Clear communicator and collaborator across functions
