My Flex Training is an established RTO that specialises in Healthcare training delivering Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, First Aid, and other non-accredited training.

**We are seeking a Full-time RTO Team Leader to drive the continuing operations of the Compliance/Admin Team whilst maintaining all required RTO Standards.**

**Location**:This is a Monday - Friday position based in our Perth Training centre

**As the RTO Team Leader you will be able to demonstrate and the following key responsibilities**:

- A minimum of 3 years + RTO experience
- Knowledge of Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and understanding of all aspects of compliance with an RTO
- AVETMISS reporting experience
- Support My Flex Training management and perform leadership duties within scope of role
- Manage student records, including Student Management System. Powerpro RTO experience preferred but not essential (aXcelerate, Vettrak etc.)
- Issuing AQF documents to standard following compliance processes
- Communicate deadlines and compliance goals to team members
- Willingness to train the compliance team on all aspects of RTO compliance
- Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to VET/DTWD regulations and performance goals
- Generate and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission related objectives, and deadlines to My Flex Training management
- Ensure company brand and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers and effectively handling customer complaints
