In this critical role, you'll:

  • Build strong client and industry relationships that drive growth and strengthen Tubal's reputation.
  • Lead the daily operations of Tubal and ensure every program delivers quality training outcomes for clients.
  • Champion compliance with ASQA and VET standards, keeping quality at the heart of everything we do.
  • Expand our programs to meet the evolving needs of domestic students and industry.
  • Inspire and lead a team of passionate educators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

If you're a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the VET sector, a passion for education, and the leadership skills to bring people along on the journey, we want to hear from you.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic and operational leadership in a domestic RTO or similar context.
  • Deep understanding of VET frameworks, compliance, and TAS development.
  • Financial literacy, risk management, and business acumen.
  • Strong people management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and ensure industry-relevant training.

  • Knowledge of Standards for RTOs (2025), AQF, and VET policies.

  • Experience leading diverse teams and ensuring compliance
  • Willingness to get involved and deliver outcomes.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Highly Desirable:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with AVETMISS, RAPT and student management/reporting systems.
  • Knowledge in dealing with WA government funded training.
