
Manager - Workforce Development

As the Manager of Workforce Development, your key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with key stakeholders across Chisholm in the management of the Chisholm's Professional Development Framework and manage compliance training.
- Manage and facilitate Annual Employee Conference.
- Manage projects relating to Chisholm's capability framework, leadership development framework and succession planning.
- Oversee Chisholm's employee experience and inclusion programs.
- Review, refresh and align Performance and Development Review Plan in line with Chisholm's strategic and operational plans.
- Oversee Chisholm's Employee Rewards and Recognition Program.
**ABOUT YOU**
You have a deep commitment to customer focused stakeholder management, influencing skills, the ability to work at all levels and build collaborative and cooperative relationships with key stakeholders. You are able to build relationships, credibility, and influence at all levels of the organisation and with key external stakeholders.
You will have a strong understanding and experience in the design and development of learning and development solutions. You will have a strong stakeholder relationship management with a focus on continuous improvement. An understanding of the post-secondary education environment would be advantageous.
**Qualifications required for the role**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in Workforce development, Organisational Development, Change Management, or relevant discipline.
