**About the Role...**

We are seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join our team in influencing LEAN and safe operations at our Eastern Creek site.

This role is part of our Afternoon Shift team with the usual working hours being 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Allocate and schedule fleet in accordance with customer requirements
- Communicate and liaise with drivers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity including KPI entry, allocations and general administration
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Report any hazard, near miss/hit, injury or incident immediately and assist with any investigation when requested
- Work to correct Load restraint standards and procedures

**About You...**

To be successful you have;
- Relevant experience in allocation role and knowledge of transport industry
- Essential computer skills / transport system
- Excellent relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiastic, team player and has the "Can Do" attitude
- A strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Load Restraint and Chain of Responsibility policies and procedures

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
