The Transport Manager is responsible for managing and leading the transportation operations and fleet management of Macknsons Transport.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Completing daily transport functions across multiple departments
- Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicle fleet
- Supporting the Fleet and Compliance department
- Supporting the Transport team in planning and allocating jobs across the network
- Proactive communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring appropriate business and operational records are maintained
- Abilities to solve operational transport matters across the business
- Contribute to a safe workplace, understand processes that support this function
- Finding and implementing operational change where efficiencies can be found

Key Attributes and Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Tertiary education preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Experience in a transport or logistics environment
- Experience managing small teams and fleet of drivers
- Great customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good PC skills
- Can-do positive attitude

**Salary**: $110,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
