About This Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a family-owned business in the transportation industry.

As a Workforce Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in allocating resources and ensuring compliance across various worksites. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling works: allocating vehicles, equipment, documentation, and employees to worksites on a daily basis.
  • Communicating relevant job information to staff to guarantee quality and compliance on every job.
  • Preparing completed paperwork and forms for upload each day, including spreadsheets for end-to-end scheduling and compliance chasing.
  • Collaborating with operations and BD Managers in pre-planning worksite inductions, workload constraints, required signage, and compliance standards.
  • Entering data into our system to support management reporting and quality management system requirements.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are stocked and ready for deployment with relevant equipment.
  • Developing traffic management quotes for major clients for potential new works/projects.

Additional tasks may include administration and general office duties as directed by management.

Key Requirements

  • Traffic Management Qualification (BWTM/TC)
  • White Card
  • Driver's License
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work in high-demand environments
  • Ability to adapt pace quickly, prioritise tasks, and change focus when needed

About Our Office

The office is located in Bassendean, with an office-based Monday-to-Friday schedule and opportunities for travel and site visits.
