The Meat & Wine Co is a **full service, casual fine dining steakhouse** that specialises in **dry-aging steaks** and has an **impressive wine selection**. Our teams prides itself on its people first culture and training and development.

Our **Hawthorn East **restaurant is seeking **Guest Services Agents**/**Hosts** to join the team - **15****:

- 20 hours available, casual or part award rates and immediate start.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends - **open availability over Christmas period**
