We are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.The Position :Due to recent growth, we currently have an opportunity for a National Account Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team.
This role is focused on supporting an account team in delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers.A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business.
This role will also provide support to the National Account Manager and the operational branches in ensuring the achievement of business objectives.What you will do :Serve as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational issuesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication across the businessSupport National Account Managers and operational branches to meet business objectives and exceed service expectationsManage and analyze customer performance within agreed contractual parametersIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experienceProvide timely and accurate reports on business activities to both National Account Managers and customersCoordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle managementWhat you will bring :Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working with OEMs, dealerships, or fleet managementStrong data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights and emerging trendsExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and persuasionProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteQuick learner and effective problem solverAbility to multitask, plan, and execute effectivelyExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environmentCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations professionallyWhat we are offering in return :Competitive salarySupportive and inclusive team environmentOur X-Factor reward and recognition programTraining and development through leadership and mentoring programs, lunch and learn sessions, Cadetships and Apprenticeships programsExclusive benefits and discounts from our partners, employee referral program, service recognitionWellness : Employee Assistance ProgramIf you would like to be part of a friendly team where you are appreciated for your contribution and share our values, we would love to hear from you
