Salary up to $65K + super Mix of creative, digital and customer-facing work New Graduates Welcome To Apply We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Membership Coordinator to support members with brand identity, digital platforms and day-to-day marketing needs.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work across brand, design, content and digital support.What you'll be doing:Coordinate member engagement across marketing, digital, and branding servicesSupport brand development including logos, signage, and online presenceManage updates across websites, email marketing platforms and affiliate programsDeliver member onboarding, training resources and content supportLiaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experienceRepresent the business at occasional events and industry functionsWhat you'll bring:A qualification in marketing or related discipline1+ year experience in a marketing support or coordinator roleProficiency with Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, email platforms and CMSUnderstanding of HTML and database managementA creative eye for design and strong attention to detailExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to customer serviceThis is a great opportunity to step into a broad, varied marketing role with plenty of scope to grow.
You'll be supported by a close-knit team and work across multiple touchpoints to deliver an excellent experience to members.Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
