Membership Services Coordinator Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in projecting our organization as professional and approachable to members and stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively liaise with the general public, members, players, and fellow staff.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong telephone communication and management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and Canva is necessary.
  • Multitasking capabilities across various functions are essential.
  • Experience in social media platforms and email marketing tools like MailChimp and SurveyMonkey is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle membership enquiries through various channels, including in-person, online, and over the phone.
  • Coordinate membership and merchandise sales, as well as Club promotions, during home games throughout the football season.
  • Manage Chairman's Club Corporate Networking events and fundraising endeavors.
  • Oversee all communication with members, including weekly e-newsletters, website updates, and social media posts.
  • Process membership applications and payments, entering information into the database.
  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer, Administration Manager, and Marketing Manager in coordinating arrangements and attending Club functions and fundraising activities.

This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can work effectively within a team environment. They must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
