As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the role of Sales and Membership Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail environments to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in-store and online.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and fulfilling online orders.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to develop visually appealing merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years retail experience.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using Shopify as the online merchandise sales channel.
