The Membership Services Coordinator role is pivotal in showcasing the club as a professional organization to its members.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for various membership groups, necessitating excellent communication and presentation skills.
Main responsibilities include handling membership inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining the club's website and social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating membership programs, managing telephone communications, and being proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to multitask across various functions, including event coordination, RSVP management, and data entry into databases.
They will also assist in the coordination of Chairman's Club Corporate Networking events and fundraising endeavors, as well as assisting the CEO, Administration Manager, and Marketing Manager in coordinating arrangements and attending club functions and fundraising activities.
