Strategic Leadership Opportunity in HR
Job Summary:
As a strategic leader, you will shape the future of HR across Westpac's Chief Data, Digital and AI Office (CDDAIO). You will partner with Executives, General Managers and their leadership teams to design and deliver workforce strategies across the division that support business transformation, talent growth, and capability development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale cultural transformations and embed agile work practices.
Drive organisational design and contribute to a high-performing HR team.
Partner with Executives, General Managers and their leadership teams to develop workforce strategies.
Identify, develop and grow talent, and build organisational wide capability.
Requirements:
Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design as a Head of HR (minimum 5 years' experience at Head of HR level).
Proven ability to lead and influence executives and senior leaders.
A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies and practices.
Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
