Job Title: Human Resources Director

The HR Director is responsible for leading and directing the human resources function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while supporting business objectives and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in senior-level HR roles
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of visa sponsorship and immigration processes
