The Director of Human Resources, Australia serves as the strategic thought leader for the People function with stakeholders in Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate effectively with the broader APAC Human Resources Team to develop and deliver the Australia human resources strategy in line with the APAC and Global Human Resources Strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner and interface between Human Resources and business leaders, managers, and hiring managers, leveraging the Center of Excellence where relevant.
- Utilise data-driven approaches (business and people data) to inform decision making.
- Act as a thought leader on all things human resources, creating a vision for senior management buy-in and delivering integrated human resources initiatives to the wider business.
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:
- Solid experience in Human Resources as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor.
- Prior work experience in a Marketing and Communications, Public Relations, or Advertising Agency is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Australian employment laws and practices.
