Join a dynamic team of engineers working on critical water infrastructure projects in Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Dams team. As part of this role, you will contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management for dam operations and equipment integration.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
You will be positive, innovative and see challenges as opportunities to collaborate and grow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and the local industry.
About This Role
Contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management for dam operations and equipment integration.
Develop and prepare design reports, design drawings, and specifications.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
Demonstrated capability in mechanical design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
