Job Title
  • We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in dam operations and equipment integration to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including the preparation of design reports, specifications and drawings.
  • They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with specialists nationally and internationally.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required. The successful candidate will work on complex projects across Australia, developing sustainable water solutions and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing mechanical engineering solutions for dam operations and equipment integration
  • Inspecting and evaluating existing dams to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing construction support services, including inspection of works and evaluation of quality control data
  • Preparing tenders and proposals, and providing mentoring and guidance to junior engineers
