Renewable Energy Upgrade (REU) is Victoria's most trusted renewable energy upgrade company. We help clients save energy and money by installing energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Programme (VEU), an initiative by the Victorian State Government aimed at delivering an energy-efficient and productive economy for Victoria. REU assists Australian commercial businesses and residential homes in switching to energy-green product fixtures, such as solar panels, hot water systems, air-conditioning, LED lights, shower heads, exhaust fan seals, door seals, and more. Our focus is on excellent customer service and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.

**About the Role**:
As a Telecaller for REU, your primary responsibility will be to contact our clients in both residential and commercial premises. You will present the free products available under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Programme and schedule appointments for our in-house installers to visit and install these products for free.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated telecallers, both freshers and experienced, to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting clients in residential and commercial premises
- Presenting information about free products available under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Programme
- Scheduling appointments for in-house installers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns

**Job Requirements**:

Pay: $23.47 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
