As a Site Leading Hand, you will execute the site's daily and weekly priorities, directly leading team members onsite. You will ensure they are trained and competent to perform duties across all areas of operation, including harvest receivals, grain classification, stack building, tarping, site hygiene, grain outturn, road and rail operations, and general bunker operations.
This role requires a focus on safety execution while maintaining quality and cost controls. You will also monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
Routine operations must be executed in accordance with policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance.

Operations should be executed within budget guidelines.
High-quality customer service should be provided.
Operational plans should be executed at site.
Casual staff should be developed, supervised, and coached at site.
Candidates should have:
Experience with plant operations, implements and attachments, tractors, tele handlers, bulk material conveying, and small plant and hand tools.
Training and certifications provided for additional required tickets and licenses.
Experience within the grain industry or bulk material handling sector will be highly regarded.
A sound knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety standards, with an ability and desire to promote a proactive safety culture.
A valid drivers licence is a mandatory requirement for this position.
