Job Responsibilities
Execute daily and weekly priorities at our site
Directly lead the team members onsite, ensuring they are trained and competent to perform duties across all areas of operation
Maintain a focus on quality and cost controls while ensuring work priorities are safely executed
Key Accountabilities
Monitor production outcomes, quantity and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications
Provide high-quality customer service
Develop and supervise casual staff at site
Requirements
Experience with plant operations, implements and attachments, tractors, tele handlers, bulk material conveying and small plant and hand tools
Training and certifications provided for additional required tickets and licenses
A valid drivers license is a mandatory requirement for this position
