**Scheduler Field Service**

Our Melbourne Field Service team are now looking for a suitably experienced tradesperson to move into an office-based role as our new Scheduler.

Working closely with the Field Service Team Lead you will take responsibility for the effective scheduling of our Field Service Installation Team.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Schedule and coordinate installations and site visits
- Organise and schedule site visits
- Communicate with customers keeping them up to date with the status of their jobs
- Book external trade contractors
- Work with the logistics team to ensure the smooth flow of orders
- Complete administrative tasks relating to installations and service calls
