Job Description Summary
We are are currently seeking a Work Scheduler to contribute to the efficiency, profitability and growth of Service Stream.
About the Role
We are are currently seeking a Work Scheduler to contribute to the efficiency, profitability and growth of Service Stream by overseeing the work allocation function and performing scheduling and administrative support duties to aide Victorian Electricity Metering Services Contracts, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Streams Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the metering back office administrative tasks to drive process efficiencies
- Facilitate and manage all aspects of route & WO allocation and adherence to KPI requirements
- Provide support on reporting of relevant KPIs provided to the client
- Liaise and provide support to field resources to ensure all routes and work order types are completed
- Identify areas for coaching and development and execute a plan to bridge any gaps
- Develop and conduct regular team meetings
- Analyse field resource performance
- Monitor and follow up field resources to ensure KPI targets are met
- Accurate and timely extraction and transfer of data between field resources, Service Stream and client systems
- Monitor all steps following upload / download into relevant systems
- Liaising with internal and client IT departments to work through technical issues associated with handhelds, systems etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and consumers
- Liaise with the client with respect to reporting, queries and work allocation
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Management
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar planning and scheduling role
- Experience leading and/or supervising teams
- Proficiency in suite of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously
- Positive, proactive professional approach and willingness to 'own the job' until completion
- Experience in data management systems is preferable
