- Job Description SummaryExciting new opportunity for a Work Scheduler to join our Energy & Water division in Melbourne supporting a major utilities contract.
- About the Role The Role
Working from our Melbourne office (Epping or Clayton), you will be responsible for completing a wide range of administration duties as well as ensuring our skips and in-field follow up work is allocated and completed in an efficient and timely manner. You will be required to liaise with both office and field-based staff to ensure all aspects of the role are completed within Company and Client expectations. You will be a driven and motivated team player who may also be required to assist other departments or roles as directed by the Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of field work.
- Update and maintain accurate data within a specialized systems environment.
- Ensure all required data is accurate and returned to the Client in line with expectations.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Account Manager
- Support other departments when required to meet contractual obligations and during periods of planned/unplanned leave.

Required Skills and Experience
- To be successful in this role you will have a high level of initiative, attention to detail, display a strong desire to learn, and possess excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette. The following is also essential:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
