**THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY**
Are you looking to develop your career in administration within a supportive and professional environment? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service to join our Hallam Service team as a Service Contracts Administrator.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and timely renewal of maintenance and service agreements. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to track renewals and maintain accurate contract records—all while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Working from our Hallam office, this is a great opportunity to build your administration expertise and work within a collaborative, customer-centric team.
This Role will be commencing in July 2025.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Processing of maintenance and service agreements.
- Communicating with customers to confirm renewal options and resolve queries.
- Maintaining accurate contract records and customer data in our CRM system (Servicemax).
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage pricing, approvals, and urgent works.
- Monitoring renewal rates and providing insights to support customer retention.
**YOUR SKILLS**
Success in this role will come from your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to stay organised while managing multiple priorities. You'll be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet key KPIs.
We're looking for someone with the right mindset—a proactive team player with a friendly, professional manner and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in service sales administration or CRM systems (e.g. Servicemax) will be an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to great service is most important.
