This newly created role will support the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of our learning programs across the organisation nationally.
Based at **Cheltenham**, this **is a brand new Full Time position.**

In this role, you will ensure effective coordination of training activities, compliance reporting and the implementation of best practices in Learning & Development.
**Your days will involve**:
- Assisting in the design, coordination, and review of learning programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Supporting the facilitation of learning programs in face-to-face and online environments.
- Ensuring learning evaluations are conducted and reported on for continuous improvement.
- Managing the scheduling of learning programs, including room bookings, invitations, catering, and confirmations.
- Act as the central point of contact for queries and manage the centralised L&D mailbox.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work within and across functional teams.
- Analytical ability to review training data, identify issues, and provide insights.
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- ** Education**: Certificate 1V of Human Resources (or a related field).
- ** Certifications**: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Desirable
