We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced people leader to manage a team of highly skilled phone-based transactional specialists, providing support of banker and digital referral channels for customer transactional solutions across multiple customer segments and a wide range of industries.

You will ensure the team focus on having holistic customer conversations whilst identifying lending and other growth opportunities, delivering superior customer experience. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will look for opportunities to improve banker and customer experience whilst maintaining operational excellence.

This pivotal management role will see you report directly to the Head of Everyday Business Banking Hub where you will play a key role in helping set and implement the strategic agenda and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business ensuring customer needs are met driving new growth pathways.

**What you will bring**
- Extensive experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Transactional Banking product knowledge and sales experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow tools and operational excellence
- Demonstrating experience in delivering change and process improvement
- Experience working in a call centre environment will be highly desirable
