Job Title: Transaction Management Director

Role Summary:
The Transaction Management Director is responsible for leading a collaborative team in managing transactions and project approvals to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale redevelopment projects. This includes coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and directing market interactions with developers, investors, and project sponsors to achieve commercially viable outcomes.

About the Role:
This role requires a deep understanding of both public and private sectors in terms of project delivery, coupled with innovation within a public sector environment. The Director will attract market participation and secure necessary approvals for projects within the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement interactive tendering processes in accordance with agreed probity and process frameworks.
  • Oversee the development of tender documentation, including expressions of interest, request for proposals, and contract close processes.
  • Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, institutional investors, developers, builders, community housing agencies, and other key industry players.
