The Head of Transaction Management plays a crucial role in leading a collaborative and innovative team responsible for transaction management activities and project approvals.

This involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and directing market interactions with developers, investors, and project sponsors to drive commercially viable and high-quality outcomes for the public sector.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience and a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors in terms of project delivery, coupled with a track record of innovation within a government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Design and implement interactive tendering processes in accordance with agreed probity and process frameworks.">
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of tender documentation, Public Sector Comparators, land & lease valuation process, market engagement, interactive tendering processes, tender evaluations, and contract & financial close process.">
  • Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, institutional investors in property development, GLM-PPP sponsors, developers, builders, community housing agencies, and other key industry players.">

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid work permit/visa.">
  • Relevant experience and a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors in terms of project delivery.">
  • A track record of innovation within a government environment.">
