We are seeking a dedicated **Workforce Coordinator **to be an integral part of our busy team based in our offices in St Leonards office supporting our 70 residential homes nationally.

The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of advice, service, and support on employee lifecycle matters. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting workforce team members, delivering, and contributing to workforce projects and initiatives.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Preparing employment letters, contracts, and new starter packs
- Monitoring and conducting police /working rights checks
- Developing paperwork associated with employment changes
- Preparation of routine workforce reporting and analysis

**About you**

To be a success in this role you must possess:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in business administration, corporate function, or HR shared services
- Superior administration skills
- Strong organisational skills & efficiency to manage a high-volume workload
- Good attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to function as a team player and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to take initiative where appropriate and to adopt a flexible, problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated time management skills including flexibility in switching priorities and focus with changing business demands
