About the Role

As an experienced Workforce Coordinator, you will utilize your problem-solving and time management skills to ensure all shifts are filled according to business requirements.

This hands-on role offers exposure across various aspects of HR, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include preparing and publishing the Warehouse Roster, planning and forecasting workforce requirements, communicating roster changes with staff, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
