Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the deployment of our workforce.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement efficient rostering practices, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

You will also be responsible for managing data across all systems, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date. This will involve working collaboratively with our teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Develop resourcing plans to determine operational requirements in advance and on the day of operations.">
  • Represent the Airport Manager in client meetings to discuss labour as required.">
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on existing or new software.">
  • Manage and allocate flight information using various software tools and data feeds.">
  • Collaborate with airlines on operational days to report and provide timely response to relevant service information.">
  • Promptly report and escalate critical issues to operational key stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years experience in Rostering/scheduling/workforce planning.">
  • Demonstrated communication skills incorporating courtesy, diplomacy and confidentiality.">
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload.">
  • Organisational and time management skills.">
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.">
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.">
  • Knowledge of rostering system, HR practices and award principles.">
  • Expertise in planning, problem solving, evaluation and co-ordination.">
