About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide ongoing support to the Deadly Start School Based Traineeship Program, to facilitate a meaningful experience that will encourage future pathways into the health sector. This role is to provide high level administration support, identify any potential areas for improvement and optimisation of the Deadly Start School Based Traineeship Program.
About you
- Support the state in ongoing improvement initiatives to continue to improve the effectiveness of this program.
- Identify, monitor, and attend to urgent enquiries and issues on behalf of the Program Manager and Senior Project Officer, assuming an appropriate level of initiative and self-directedness to resolve issues.
- Examine incoming correspondence, prioritising and taking appropriate action including coordinating timely responses in consultation with the Program Manager and other program team members.
