Currently, Trident Services Australia has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, bright customer and safety-focused Security Officer to join our team at Roma Street Parklands - the relaxing and lush green parklands in the heart of the bustling Brisbane City.

This is a full-time position on offer. The position focuses on creating a safe environment for the client and customers at our site. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a current security license and the eagerness to progress their career.
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Identifying, reporting, and recording risks while on shift
- Assisting customer with a variety of inquiries
- Utilising strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Undertaking conflict resolution and de-escalation methods
- Maintaining a complete understanding of workplace protocols include Emergency procedures
- Regular foot and vehicle patrolling as well as CCTV monitoring

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Current Queensland Security License
- Current Unarmed License
- Current Crowd Control License
- Current Monitoring License
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Driver's License
- Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and grooming standards
- Ability to work events
- Practical verbal and written communication skills
- Incident management and reporting skills
- CCTV monitoring
- Well-developed client service skills
- Customer Service experience
