Conference Organizer
About the Role:The Conference Organizer will provide strategic support to senior stakeholders by preparing and presenting matters for their consideration, assisting during meetings, and actioning decisions and requests arising from those meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present conference materials for senior stakeholders;
- Assist during high-level meetings and forums;
- Action key decisions and requests arising from conferences.
- Proven knowledge of organizational operations and stakeholder engagement would be desirable;
- A tertiary qualification or relevant experience is highly regarded;
- Provides constructive feedback/advice, actively listens when ideas are challenged, seeks to understand criticism and responds thoughtfully;
- Communicates confidently and persuasively with senior stakeholders;
- Adapts easily to changing priorities and works effectively in collaboration with internal and external teams.
