Turtle Beach Resort, a renowned family holiday destination in Mermaid Beach, is offering an exciting School-Based Traineeship for high school students in Years 10 and 11. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop essential business and customer service skills, and earn a Certificate III in Business while working in a vibrant and dynamic resort environment.

**Departments Available**:

- Food and Beverage: Assist in preparing and serving meals and drinks (requires Safe Food Handling Certification & RSA).
- Activities: Support the Kids Club and SplashZone activities (requires First Aid, CPR, and a Blue Card).
- Housekeeping: Help maintain clean and welcoming accommodations for guests.
- Guest Services (Reception): Learn front desk operations and assist with guest check-ins.
- General Business Support: Gain business skills through administrative tasks and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Must be in Year 10 or 11 at the start of the traineeship.
- Must be able to skip one day of school each week (Monday to Friday).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to Turtle Beach Resort in Mermaid Beach.
- Specific department roles may require additional certifications (e.g., Blue Card, First Aid, RSA).
