Job OverviewAs a Guest Service Agent, you will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. Your responsibilities span from check-in to check-out, ensuring exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service, making every guest feel like a VIP
- Foster effective communication with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration
- Address challenges efficiently, transforming dilemmas into success stories
- Promote hotel amenities and services by having in-depth knowledge of products and offerings
- Share information on local attractions and must-visit gems from your extensive knowledge base
- Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts
We are looking for someone with an innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations. You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
