Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Lucky North VIP Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. What you will do
Ensure the Lucky North VIP team members are trained and developed appropriately
Monitor guest behavior, lead conflict resolution, and take appropriate actions
Issue free play credits and match and play offers
Implement promotions and promotional materials on time
Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, hotel rooms, attractions, transport, travel, and events
More about you
At least 2 years of experience in a casino or customer service role
Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Service of Gambling, and Casino Operative's Licence
Knowledge of anti-money laundering, responsible gambling, and responsible alcohol service
Excellent communication, numeracy, literacy, organization, and presentation skills
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, databases, and player tracking systems
