Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding to client enquiries and determining their meeting and event needs
- Coordinating all internal events, including offsite catering orders
- Providing assistance in formulating quotations for conference proposals
- Complete organisation of conference activity and events from confirmation to post-event follow-up
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
- Hotel experience or hospitality training in Conference & Events/Sales & Marketing highly regarded
- The ability to find the 'yes' in every situation, excellent attention to detail, and great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- A friendly, outgoing personality and high standard of personal presentation
