An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and progressive senior nurse to join our progressive and innovative Newborn Services team.
Through strong engagement, service development and design focus the Neonatal Services Development Lead position is a role for a professional facilitator who will provide leadership, project management, clinical support and oversight within a team environment for operational planning in Newborn Services in the Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital.

**To be Successful in this Role, you have**:
- Neonatal specific management and operational business experience, minimum 5+ years
- Leadership experience
- Significant experience, knowledge and strong established relationships across neonatal ambulatory, in-patient, medical, and emergency
- Experience in neonatal service planning
- Experience in relation to neonatal safety and quality at Western Health and risks and issues identification and management
