Join Mercy Health to contribute to high-quality neonatal care and support the education and development of students, graduates, and newly appointed nurses within the neonatal service.
What you'll do
Provide direct clinical support for the neonatal service at Mercy Hospital for Women.
Mentor students, graduates, and less experienced nurses to develop high-quality clinical skills.
Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation in collaboration with Nursing and Midwifery Education leadership and Clinical Educators.

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills with problem solving ability.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal Nursing.
Requirements
Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (or in the process of obtaining).
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status aligned with public health orders.
