As a Clinical Educator, you will lead high-performance teams in Neonatal Services and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver data-driven strategies for learning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams to achieve exceptional outcomes in Neonatal Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning strategies.
- Take ownership of ensuring clinical practices align with professional codes and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- Share research findings and educational innovations with the team.
- You will be someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
- Hold AHPRA registration as a Nurse with postgraduate NICU qualifications and current experience in NICU in a tertiary centre.
- Be willing to acquire knowledge and skills that respond to changing operational requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in environments of constant change and inspire others.
