Overview

Clinical Support Nurse Neonatal Service role at Mercy Health Australia – Part Time, Fixed Term from 8 September to 30 November 2025. Location: Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg. Join Mercy Health to contribute to high-quality neonatal care and support the education and development of students, graduates, and newly appointed nurses within the neonatal service.

What you'll do
  • Provide direct clinical support for the neonatal service at Mercy Hospital for Women.
  • Mentor students, graduates, and less experienced nurses to develop high-quality clinical skills.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation in collaboration with Nursing and Midwifery Education leadership and Clinical Educators.

  • Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal Nursing.
Requirements
  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (or in the process of obtaining).
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status aligned with public health orders.
