Join Mercy Health to contribute to high-quality neonatal care and support the education and development of students, graduates, and newly appointed nurses within the neonatal service.
What you'll do- Provide direct clinical support for the neonatal service at Mercy Hospital for Women.
- Mentor students, graduates, and less experienced nurses to develop high-quality clinical skills.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation in collaboration with Nursing and Midwifery Education leadership and Clinical Educators.

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills with problem solving ability.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
- Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal Nursing.
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (or in the process of obtaining).
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status aligned with public health orders.
