Safety Transformation Leader

Job Description
As a seasoned safety leader, you will drive a transformational agenda to elevate ASC's safety culture and performance.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of safety leadership in a high-risk industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a modern safety strategy across the enterprise, leading a capable team, and integrating global regulations into fit-for-purpose systems.
Your mission will be to build a safety-first culture from the shop floor to the boardroom, influencing key stakeholders and regulators along the way.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of success in high-risk industries, and a passion for transforming safety cultures.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in WHSE, Environment, or a related discipline
At least 10 years' leadership experience in high-risk industries such as defence, construction, aviation, oil & gas or mining
Demonstrated success engaging with regulators, boards, and executives
Proven ability to build, lead, and embed best-practice frameworks for safety and environmental performance
A hands-on approach to turning around underperforming safety environments
