Job Description:
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing change, scaling the business, and shaping the future of mining. The key responsibilities include:
- Driving sustainable profitable growth by scaling up capability globally
- Cocreating a new culture that builds off the values of the organization
- Buidling a collaborative mindset in the organization where everyone lives up to the values
- Leading the journey to be the industry benchmark in Safety, Health, and Sustainability
- Developing a consolidated automation product and technology roadmap for agnostic automation
- Establishing and maintaining pricing & commercial management process for all products and services
- Enabling growth built on a solid understanding of market potential
- Driving change and actively participating in the development of an aligned, integrated roadmap for the future Automation & Digital portfolio
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen, ability to drive change, and enjoy accelerating the digital transformation. The candidate should also have experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans.
